Arianna Maria Giliberto is a passionate teacher of Italian as a foreign language. She teaches Italian to children, teenagers and adults in German schools and online to international students on the Italki platform. Born and raised in Italy, she has loved writing and studying Italian language and history since she was a child: that’s why she studied Cultural Heritage and Archaeology at University and then specialised in teaching Italian to foreign students.
Today she is a certified teacher (Dils-pg II) qualified as a CELI examiner, the certificate of knowledge of the Italian language issued by the Università per Stranieri di Perugia. She loves teaching but also learning foreign languages, and believes deeply in ‘lifelong learning’, the desire to keep learning and improving during one’s whole life, especially in the field of languages: one never stops learning, and it is never too late to start!
